On the shores of Temagami First Nation

The Global Governance Group and the Aboriginal Financial Officers Association presented a workshop on Ethics in the Aboriginal workplace at Temagami First Nation.

The community of Temagami First Nation is located on Bear Island in the heart of the beautiful Lake Temagami.  Temagami First Nation people have been thriving here for thousands of years. The reserve is situated on a one square mile Island in the pristine Temagami wilderness, Bear Island is home to over 200 permanent residents out of a total membership of over 500.

The community is proud of their traditions and have a healthy lifestyle. A special Chi-miigwetch for the invite to the healing circle.
